Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.

Delays: Dealora Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at support@dealorahub.in.
